Fan Mock Draft: With The 14th Pick ...

The initial wave of free agency is in the books. Teams have filled glaring holes, so now the focus turns toward April's NFL Draft. Each week, we will present a new mock draft scenario and based on the players who are still available you get to choose the newest member of the Philadelphia Eagles.

1. Cleveland Browns - DE/OLB Myles Garrett, Texas A&M

Despite the fact that they drafted two pass rushers on the second day of last year's draft, the Browns desperately need playmakers. Don't rule out a trade here.

2. San Francisco 49ers - QB Mitchell Trubisky, North Carolina

Unless the 49ers are able to swing a deal for Kirk Cousins, Kyle Shanahan needs a player to run their offense. In this class, Trubisky seems like the best fit for what he needs.

3. Chicago Bears - DL Solomon Thomas, Stanford

He may stand up opposite Leonard Floyd or play with his hand in the dirt in base, but Thomas gives the Bears a playmaker on third downs and adds to their pass rush.

4. Jacksonville Jaguars - RB Leonard Fournette, LSU

Tom Coughlin has never shied away from selecting safeties high in the draft, but with the moves they made in free agency I see them moving toward the run game here.

5. Tennessee Titans - LB Reuben Foster, Alabama

A luxury pick for a team that nearly made the playoffs, Foster gives the Titans a steady presence inside.

6. New York Jets - S Jamal Adams, LSU

New York has an extremely young roster and is in dire need of playmakers. Adams can usher in a new wave as a versatile piece in head coach Todd Bowles' defense.

7. Los Angeles Chargers - S Malik Hooker, Ohio State

Gus Bradley is installing the Seattle Cover 3 scheme, which desperately needs a ballhawk in centerfield. Hooker flourishes in that role from the first day.

8. Carolina Panthers - WR Corey Davis, Western Michigan

The Panthers were at their best with a strong run game to complement Cam Newton, so a back wouldn't shock me, but another playmaker would also serve them well.

9. Cincinnati Bengals - DL Jonathan Allen, Alabama

He doesn't necessarily fit their body type, but Allen could step in and play immediately next to Geno Atkins. This could be a potential trade-down scenario.

10. Buffalo Bills - WR Mike Williams, Clemson

After committing to Tyrod Taylor, for now, and losing Robert Woods in free agency, the Bills need some additional firepower on offense opposite the mercurial Sammy Watkins.

11. New Orleans Saints - CB Marshon Lattimore, Ohio State

The Saints have sorely needed help in the secondary and get one of the top corners in the draft to bolster the back end.

12. Cleveland Browns - QB Deshaun Watson, Clemson

The Browns use the pick they acquired in the Carson Wentz deal a year ago to acquire their potential quarterback of the future in Watson to run Hue Jackson's offense.

13. Arizona Cardinals - TE O.J. Howard, Alabama

Bruce Arians has stayed away from the typical "move" tight ends found in today's college game, but Howard gives him a true multipurpose player who can block and run.
