The Eagles welcome back tight end Dallas Goedert and All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson to the lineup Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders. Here is the list of inactive players:

• C/G Jack Anderson

• CB Tay Gowan – Gowan was acquired in the trade that sent Zach Ertz to the Cardinals.

• S Anthony Harris – Will miss his first game of the season after suffering a groin injury in practice.

• CB Mac McCain

• QB Gardner Minshew

• G Sua Opeta

• DT Marlon Tuipulotu

Meanwhile, the Raiders are without Pro Bowl tight end Darren Waller, who was downgraded to questionable on Saturday due to an ankle injury. Waller is third among all NFL tight ends this season with 33 catches for 378 yards. Last season, Waller posted 107 receptions for 1,196 yards and nine touchdowns.
