No surprises as running back Jordan Howard was ruled out on Friday with a knee injury.

• CB Tay Gowan – Gowan was questionable with a quad injury.
• RB Jordan Howard – With Howard out, rookie running back Kenneth Gainwell is active.
• CB Mac McCain – The rookie was claimed off waivers this week from the Denver Broncos after linebacker Davion Taylor went on Injured Reserve.
• QB Reid Sinnett

• DB Kary Vincent Jr.
Other notes:
• The Eagles elevated safety Jared Mayden from the practice squad for Sunday's game. He is active for the first time as an Eagle. He played in two games for the San Francisco 49ers as a rookie last season.

Giants top draft pick WR Kadarius Toney is inactive
For the Giants, wide receiver Kadarius Toney is officially inactive. He did not practice all week and was doubtful due to a quad injury. The Giants' first-round pick leads the team in both receptions and receiving yards. The Giants also find clever ways to get him the football, so this is a big loss especially as they transition to a new playcaller after Offensive Coordinator Jason Garrett was relieved of his duties earlier this week.
Wide receiver Sterling Shepard and tight end Kaden Smith were ruled out on Friday. Tight end Kyle Rudolph is also inactive after not practicing all week due to an ankle injury. He, like Toney, was doubtful for Sunday's game.
Running back Saquon Barkley and wide receiver John Ross were questionable for the Giants, but both players are active.
