Eagles Sign Two Tryout Players

The Eagles signed two players - wide receiver Will Murphy and defensive end Daryell Waler - who took part in the rookie camp on a tryout basis this past weekend. To make room for them on the 90-man roster, wide receiver DeMarco Sampson and defensive end Ronnie Cameron were released.

Murphy played his college ball at Oregon where he had 24 catches for 240 yards and a touchdown in three seasons. Last year, Murphy had a career-best 19 catches for 181 yards and a touchdown. Murphy was a former walk-on at Oregon.

Walker was a four-year player at Hampton. He had 79 tackles (nine for loss) and 2.5 sacks in 29 career games. In his senior season, he had 46 tackles (six for loss), one sack and one QB hurry.
