With injuries piling up in the secondary, the Eagles have signed cornerback Josiah Scott to the active roster from the Pittsburgh Steelers' practice squad. To make room for Scott, the Eagles waived cornerback Mario Goodrich.

Scott spent the last two seasons in Philadelphia, playing a more prominent role in 2022.

The former Jacksonville Jaguars' fourth-round draft pick played 29 games with the Eagles, making four starts. He registered 38 tackles, eight pass deflections, two interceptions, and one sack in his first stint with the team.

Scott was with Philadelphia during Training Camp but was released during the final roster cutdown.

Giants sign OL Tyre Phillips from the Eagles' practice squad

Offensive lineman Tyre Phillips is headed back up the New Jersey Turnpike to reunite with the Giants.

Phillips played 12 games, starting five, for the Giants last season. The Eagles signed Phillips to the practice squad on September 4 after their NFC East rivals released him.

The former third-round pick has played in 34 career games. – Written by Owen Boyle
