The Eagles made multiple roster moves on Thursday, including bringing back two familiar faces. Philadelphia signed wide receiver Britain Covey, defensive back Marcus Epps, and tackle Luke Felix-Fualalo to the practice squad.

The Eagles' practice squad has 17 players now as Felix-Fualalo was granted the International Player Exemption.

Epps spent 2019-22 with the Eagles before joining the Las Vegas Raiders in free agency. He spent this past offseason with the New England Patriots, but was waived as a part of final roster cuts.

Epps became a full-time starter for the Birds in their 2022 Super Bowl season, where he had career highs in tackles (94) and passes defended (6). He joins a safety room that includes Reed Blankenship, Sydney Brown, and Andrew Mukuba.

Covey signed with the Eagles in 2022 as an undrafted free agent and led the NFL with 417 punt return yards in 2023. He played in five games for the Eagles last season and spent this offseason with the Los Angeles Rams.

Covey has a career punt return average of 11.3 yards and has 11 catches for 76 yards as a receiver.

Felix-Fualalo, who is from Brisbane, Australia, played college ball at Hawaii and went undrafted in 2025. He spent this offseason with the Seattle Seahawks.
