Eagles place G Landon Dickerson on the Reserve/COVID-19 list

The Eagles announced on Sunday that they have placed guard Landon Dickerson on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Dickerson, the team's second-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, started each of the past 10 games at left guard.

Dickerson has been a big part of the league's No. 2 scoring offense in terms of points per game since Week 8 (29.7 points). The Eagles are also the first NFL team to record at least 175 rushing yards in six straight games since the 1985 Chicago Bears. Philadelphia has the league's best rushing attack, averaging 160 yards per game this year.

If Dickerson is unable to play on Tuesday, the Eagles could move Nate Herbig from right guard to left guard or start Sua Opeta or Brett Toth among other potential candidates. Whoever starts at left guard is expected to see plenty of former first-round pick Jonathan Allen, who has a career-high 7.5 sacks and is playing at a Pro Bowl level in 2021.
