As Head Coach Nick Sirianni previously indicated, the Eagles placed tackle/guard Jack Driscoll on the Injured Reserve list on Tuesday. Driscoll suffered an ankle injury Sunday against the Giants. Since this is Driscoll's second stint on Injured Reserve this year, his season is over.

Driscoll started nine games this year, eight at right guard and another at right tackle. Sirianni did not name a replacement in the starting lineup. Nate Herbig went in for Driscoll on Sunday.

To take Driscoll's spot on the active roster, the Eagles promoted tackle/guard Brett Toth from the practice squad. The 6-foot-6, 304-pound Toth has played in seven games this season. A third-year NFL veteran, Toth was on the Eagles' active roster until the beginning of this month and then quickly rejoined the team on the practice squad.

The Eagles have an open spot on the practice squad, but announced their Week 13 practice squad protections – tackle Le'Raven Clark, wide receiver John Hightower, safety Jared Mayden, and linebacker JaCoby Stevens.
