The Philadelphia Eagles are pleased to announce a multi-year partnership with Kraft Analytics Group (KAGR), an advanced technology leader that will work with the team to develop, create, and implement its first-ever centralized data warehouse.

"Leveraging KAGR's expertise in the advanced analytics and data management field will enable us to serve Eagles fans and partners in new and innovative ways," said Tanmay Patel, Eagles Vice President of Business Data and Analytics. "We look forward to these new engagement opportunities thanks to KAGR's partnership and their ability to drive innovation and creativity on many different levels."

A service-driven company with proven experience in the consulting and analytics space, KAGR will revolutionize the Eagles' data strategy and offer a new lens into consumer behavior and activity. The new data warehouse will serve as the foundation for team business management – including fan and ticketing insights – operational efficiency, incremental revenue opportunities, and data security and governance compliance. The partnership also includes data management, business intelligence, predictive analytics, and strategic service capabilities for the Eagles.

"The Philadelphia Eagles leadership team is very innovative and continues to prioritize the fans through insights from analytics to increase fan satisfaction," said Jessica Gelman, CEO of KAGR. "As an industry leader, the Eagles are the ideal partners to use KAGR's data and technology platform as the hub of the fan experience to create the most personalized customer journey."
