Eagles-Packers Inactives

Recently acquired guard Reggie Wells is inactive for this afternoon's game vs the Packers. The Eagles traded an undisclosed 2011 draft pick to the Arizona Cardinals in return for Wells.

The other Eagles inactives are: LB Jamar Chaney, DE Daniel Te'o-Nesheim, LB Keenan Clayton, G Max Jean-Gilles, T Austin Howard and DE Darryl Tapp.

All nine defensive backs for the Eagles are active, which means that rookie CB Jorrick Calvin could be called on to return kickoffs or punts. New Eagles linebacker Antwan Barnes is also active for today's game.

As was expected, the Packers made their nickle cornerback Brandon Underwood inactive for today's game.

Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb will be a team captain in his first career opening-day start. He is joined by S Quintin Mikell and K David Akers.
