Micah Morris, who was chosen by the Eagles in the sixth round of the 2026 NFL Draft, No, 207 overall, out of Georgia, is used to winning.

During his five-year career with the Bulldogs, the 6-foot-5, 334-pound guard helped them earn two National Championships and three SEC titles.

Morris started in all 14 games at left guard during the 2025 season as a redshirt senior, the team's only offensive lineman to accomplish that, and did not allow a sack in pass protection. He helped Georgia average 32.1 points, 182.1 rushing yards, and 220.3 passing yards per game, finishing with a 12-2 overall record.

Last season the Kingsland, Georgia, native was also a key contributor to an offense that ranked third in the NCAA in first downs (316) and first nationally in fourth-down conversions (76.5%) during the regular season. He helped the Bulldogs win the SEC Championship over Alabama before they fell to Ole Miss in the College Football Playoff Quarterfinal at the Sugar Bowl.

Micah Morris on facing Jordan Davis and Jalen Carter in practice at Georgia: "Well for starters, it was not fun at first, I'll tell you that much. It was not fun at first. But it prepared me for this moment. It just provided me with the chance to learn from the best and develop. Obviously I'm just giving them a look, just being scout team, but I'm also perfecting my craft and working against first round draft picks, elite NFL players, All-Pro players. Just being able to do that at a young age, at that point, [against] All-American college players, just being able to give my best against them and try to hold my own against them so whenever it is my time, I've been through the hardest that there is to offer.

Executive Vice President/General Manager Howie Roseman: "There's a lot to like about him. He's got great size. All of his testing is through the roof. He started every game for Georgia this year. He's got incredible experience playing in the SEC. He's got all the ability, and now he's got to apply that as he gets an opportunity to come here. Another guy just, as we were going through it, stood out on our board for where we were and obviously an important position, so we took him."

The Eagles kicked off the 2026 NFL Draft by moving up three spots in a trade with the Dallas Cowboys to select WR Makai Lemon with the 20th overall pick.
