Without Foles, Matt Barkley will serve as Michael Vick's backup. James Casey will be the team's emergency quarterback. On the Eagles defense, Earl Wolff will make the start for the injured chung, whose shoulder is keeping him out of the game
For the Giants, the following players are listed as inactive:
QB Ryan Nassib
RB David Wilson
RB Brandon Jacobs
DT Shaun Rogers
CB Jayron Hosley
C Dallas Reynolds
TE Adrien Robinson
Without Wilson and Jacobs, Michael Cox and Peyton Hillis will both see snaps at running back. On the defensive side, the Giants will be without one of their best run-stoppers in Rogers. Expect to see a rotation of Mike Patterson, Cullen Jenkins and Linval Joseph at defensive tackle.
Cornerback Corey Webster, who has been dealing with groin issues and listed as questionable on the injury report, will play for New York.
