Eagles Fall Short, 20-16

Donovan McNabb threw for one touchdown, but his two interceptions proved costly as Dallas converted the pair of miscues into points and escaped Philadelphia with a 20-16 win to take over sole possession of first place in the NFC East.

"It's not the end of the season," head coach Andy Reid said afterward.

Tony Romo's 49-yard touchdown pass to Miles Austin - his only catch of the game - was the difference as the Eagles dropped their first divisional game this season.

Philadelphia's offense failed to convert on several short yardage plays in the second half. The game also had its share of questionable calls and questionable spots.
