The Eagles made the following roster move ahead of the team's trip to Carolina for the Week 5 clash with the Panthers: offensive tackle Le'Raven Clark was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game only as a COVID-19 replacement.

Clark will revert back to the practice squad on Monday. The Eagles placed guard Sua Opeta on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday. The Eagles are also without Lane Johnson, who was declared out for Sunday's game due to a personal matter.

Clark is in line to make his Eagles debut. He was activated off Practice Squad Injured Reserve on Wednesday.

The Eagles originally signed Clark during the 2021 offseason. A former third-round pick of the Colts in 2016, Clark played in 47 regular-season games with 15 starts during his five years in Indianapolis. He returned from a 2020 Achilles injury in Training Camp and played 31 snaps in the preseason finale against the Jets.
