Eagles Bring Back WR Norwood

The Eagles welcomed back wide receiver Jordan Norwood to the practice squad on Wednesday. The Eagles also signed fullback Joel Gamble as Marcus Mailei was signed off the Eagles practice squad by the New Orleans Saints.

Norwood was on the practice squad, but was promoted to the 53-man active roster last week after DeSean Jackson suffered a concussion against the Redskins. Norwood earned some reps at wide receiver in Sunday's win over the Falcons, but did not register any stats. Norwood was released by the Eagles on Monday and cleared waivers which allowed the Eagles to bring him back to the practice squad.
