The Eagles agreed to acquire wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks from the Green Bay Packers in exchange for a 2026 fifth-round pick and a 2027 sixth-round pick. The Eagles and Wicks also agreed to terms on a one-year extension that keeps him under contract through 2027.

Note: The fifth-round pick was from the Atlanta Falcons, No. 153 overall. Click here for the updated list of Eagles Draft Picks.

A fifth-round selection out of Virginia in the 2023 NFL Draft, Wicks has played his entire career for Green Bay, posting 1,328 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns. He posted a career-high 581 receiving yards as a rookie and a career-best five touchdowns in Year 2. Wicks has played 44 games in his career, making 18 starts. Wicks played 14 games for the Packers last season, catching 30 passes for 332 yards and two touchdowns.

At Virginia, Wicks set the single-season school record for receiving yards with 1,203 as a sophomore. His average of 21.1 yards per reception that season led the Atlantic Coast Conference and ranked No. 5 in the country.

That big-play ability has followed Wicks into the NFL. His rookie year featured a flurry of explosive plays, including 18 catches of at least 16 yards, the most by a Packers rookie since at least 2000.

The 6-foot-1, 206-pound Wicks provides depth to Philadelphia's wide receiver room. Eagles Offensive Coordinator Sean Mannion and Run Game Coordinator/Tight Ends Ryan Mahaffey overlapped with Wicks in Green Bay. Mahaffey served as Wicks' position coach the past two seasons.
