LB D.J. Alexander – Questionable, hamstring – Key special teams player, has missed the past three games with the injury. Increased his reps this week and was a full participant on Friday.
DE Michael Bennett – Questionable, foot – Dealt with injury for several weeks. Gets rest during the week in practice but continues to thrive on gameday.
WR Sheldon Gibson – Questionable, hamstring – Added to the injury report on Friday.
CB Sidney Jones – Questionable, hamstring – Missed last four games with the injury. Was a full participant in Friday's practice.
T Jason Peters – Questionable, quadricep – Injury forced him to exit Houston game early in first quarter but played at Washington the following week and dominated at Chicago in the Wild Card round.
WR Mike Wallace – Questionable, ankle – Was activated from Injured Reserve just before Washington game. Has not played since Week 2 but has practiced in a limited capacity.
QB Carson Wentz – Out, back – Will miss fifth game with the injury.

WR Simmie Cobbs – Out, knee – Added to the injury report on Thursday and will not play vs. Eagles.
