CB Samuel, OT Justice Ruled Out

The Eagles announced on Saturday morning that cornerback Asante Samuel and offensive tackle Winston Justice have been downgraded to out for Sunday night's game against Dallas and will not travel with the team.

Samuel will miss his third straight game with a knee sprain. Justice suffered a hyperextended knee in the win over the Texans.

Joselio Hanson will start at left cornerback. Rookie Trevard Lindley is expected to play on the outside in nickel situations. King Dunlap will start at right tackle for Justice.
