After 12 years with the Philadelphia Eagles' personnel department, Andy Speyer has been hired by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to serve as their national scout.
Speyer most recently served as the Southwest regional scout for the Eagles. He was previously the Midwest regional scout and prior to that a Combine scout for the Northeast region. He started with the team as a Training Camp intern in 2001 and a pro personnel intern in 2002 before being promoted to college scout.
