Anderson, Harbor To Start Vs. Bengals

With several starters out for Thursdsay night's game, the Eagles will again be counting on young players stepping up in primetime.

Though they practiced earlier in the week, quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy are out for Thursday night's game as they recover from their respective concussions. Safety Kurt Coleman, who missed last Sunday's game with a chest contusion he suffered in Week 13 against the Cowboys, is also inactive. Colt Anderson will make his second start in a row in his place.

Tight end Brent Celek, who suffered a concussion on the first offensive play of the game last Sunday, is also out. Starting in his place will be Clay Harbor. With Celek hurting, tight end/fullback Emil Igwenagu was added to the active roster Wednesday and will be active for his first NFL actionThursday night. After making their rookie debuts last Sunday, both wide receiver Marvin McNutt and linebacker Ryan Rau will dress for the game.

Also inactive for the Eagles are: wide receiver Greg Salas, offensive line Matt Kopa and running back Chris Polk.

There are no real surprise inactives for the Bengals. Linebackers Ray Maualuga and Vontaze Burfict were limited earlier in the week, but are active and will start Thursday night. However, the Bengals will be without their first and second-round picks from this year's draft. Cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick is out with a head injury, while second-round pick Devon Still is a healthy scratch.

Also out for the Bengals are: kicker Mike Nugent, running back Cedric Peerman, defensive tackle Brandon Thompson and tight end Richard Quinn.
