The list of players who won't suit up tonight against Kansas City contains no surprises. Here are the players who won't play: cornerback David Pender, offensive lineman Nick Cole, center Jamaal Jackson, defensive end Juqua Parker, tight end Cornelius Ingram and defensive end Victor Abiamiri, who remains on the Physically Unable To Perform list.
Todd Herremans makes his first preseason appearance, as a starter at left guard. Asante Samuel and Ellis Hobbs start at cornerback. Mike Bell is expected to be the No. 2 running back behind LeSean McCoy. And Macho Harris, sidelined for two games with a hamstring injury, is ready for his first preseason action.
