FAN HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

Lincoln Financial Field and the Philadelphia Eagles have developed and implemented comprehensive COVID-19 specific policies and protocols for the safety of our fans, players, and staff. These policies have been developed in conjunction with the NFL, the City of Philadelphia, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the National Foundation of Infectious Diseases, in accordance with CDC guidelines.

To help with COVID-19 contact tracing efforts, please download the free COVID Alert PA app, the official mobile app of the PA Department of Health and opt-in to receive alerts if you have had a potential exposure to someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

FEELING SICK? DO NOT COME TO THE EVENT

It is the Philadelphia Eagles' Policy for Philadelphia Eagles Training Camp practices that guests DO NOT come to the event if they have COVID-19, COVID-19 symptoms, or know they have been exposed to COVID-19. If you are feeling sick, stay home. Each guest agrees to the Fan Health Promise.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Fans are required to practice social distancing of at least 6 feet inside and outside of Lincoln Financial Field. Congregating in the Pepsi Plaza or other areas of Lincoln Financial Field is not permitted. The Pepsi Plaza will not include activations.

FACE COVERINGS

The CDC strongly recommends that all fans who are not fully vaccinated wear face coverings unless they are actively eating, drinking or are otherwise exempt from having to wear a face covering. Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a face covering.

NO TAILGATING

Tailgating will not be permitted. Parking lots will open at 7 PM for Cowboys-Eagles on November 1. Drivers will be directed to a specific aisle and space. Congregating in the parking lots is not permitted. Gates open at 7 PM for Cowboys-Eagles on November 1 as well.

Smoking is prohibited at the facility (including in the tents and on the field).

ZONED ENTRY

Gates open at 7 PM for Cowboys-Eagles on November 1. You must enter the gate indicated on your ticket based on your zone within the stadium. View all zones here.

GOING CASHLESS

Lincoln Financial Field is cashless. Accepted forms of payment at concessions and the Eagles Pro Shop include: Credit or Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash-to-card conversions will be available for guests who need to exchange their cash for pre-paid cards. Conversion locations are available at the Pepsi Lobby and the Main Concourse behind Sections 105 and 121. The 50/50 Raffle will also be cashless.

SAFETY TRAINING AND PROTOCOLS

Stadium staff working gamedays have completed training on CDC guidelines, PPE, and other COVID-19 practices and protocols. Stadium staff members complete a health screening questionnaire and temperature check prior to entering the stadium.

TORK HAND SANITIZATION STATIONS

Numerous TORK hand sanitizer stations are available at training camp. Fans and staff are encouraged to sanitize and wash their hands frequently during events.

DISINFECTION

Stadium staff will routinely disinfect surfaces, including handrails, door knobs, tables and other areas. Every restroom will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to and after each game.

REDUCED STADIUM CAPACITY

Stadium capacity will be reduced to meet state, local, NFL, and CDC guidelines to help limit the spread of COVID-19.

Tarps will cover certain rows of the stadium near the field and areas surrounding the field tunnels.

INGRESS AND EGRESS

We are working to reduce congestion when entering and exiting Lincoln Financial Field. Please use the stadium entrance noted on your ticket to help alleviate congestion at each of the gates.

POD SEATING

Fan seating will be grouped in "pods" to maintain distance between groups who are not known to one another. Fans must sit in the seats assigned to them. Seats that are not in use may include Fan Cutouts.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Food handling and preparation will be in accordance with FDA Best Practices. A limited menu will be available and all items will be pre-packaged. All condiments will be individually packaged and utensils will be pre-packaged and disposable.

FIRST AID

For fan safety and convenience, there are six (6) first aid locations at the stadium where medical treatment is available. First aid stations can be found in the following locations: Pepsi Plaza, 114,136, 217, 233 and 242

COVID-19 WARNING

You must follow all stadium policies, including health and safety policies, and posted instructions while at the stadium and on stadium grounds. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the centers for disease control and prevention, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By entering the stadium and stadium grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
