FAN HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

Lincoln Financial Field and the Philadelphia Eagles have developed and implemented comprehensive COVID-19 specific policies and protocols for the safety of our fans, players, and staff. These policies have been developed in conjunction with the NFL, the City of Philadelphia, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the National Foundation of Infectious Diseases, in accordance with CDC guidelines.

FEELING SICK? DO NOT COME TO THE GAME

It is NFL Policy that guests DO NOT come to the stadium if they have COVID-19, COVID-19 symptoms, or know they have been exposed to COVID-19. If you are feeling sick, stay home. Each ticket holder agrees to the Fan Health Promise.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Fans are required to practice social distancing of at least 6 feet inside and outside of Lincoln Financial Field. Congregating in the Pepsi Plaza or other areas of Lincoln Financial Field is not permitted. The Pepsi Plaza will not include activations.

FACE COVERINGS

Face coverings are required at all times, including in parking lots, while moving toward the stadium, and inside the stadium other than while actively eating or drinking (which should only occur when seated).

NO TAILGATING

Tailgating will not be permitted. Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Parking lots will open 120 minutes prior to kickoff and drivers will be directed to a specific aisle and space. Congregating in the parking lots is not permitted.

Smoking will be prohibited in all areas of Lincoln Financial Field, including previously designated smoking areas.

Ticketing will be 100% mobile to create a more secure and safer entry for our fans.

SAFETY TRAINING AND PROTOCOLS

Stadium staff working gamedays have completed training on CDC guidelines, PPE, and other COVID-19 practices and protocols. Stadium staff members complete a health screening questionnaire and temperature check prior to entering the stadium.

HAND SANITIZATION STATIONS

Numerous hand sanitizer stations have been added throughout the stadium. Fans and staff are encouraged to sanitize and wash their hands frequently on gamedays.

DISINFECTION

Stadium staff will routinely disinfect surfaces including handrails, doorknobs, tables, and other areas. Every restroom will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to and after each game.

Tarps will cover certain rows of the stadium near the field and areas surrounding the field tunnels.

INGRESS AND EGRESS

We are working to reduce congestion when entering and exiting Lincoln Financial Field. Please use the stadium entrance noted on your ticket to help alleviate congestion at each of the gates.

POD SEATING

Fan seating will be grouped in "pods" to maintain distance between groups who are not known to one another. Fans must sit in the seats assigned to them. Seats that are not in use may include Fan Cutouts.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Food handling and preparation will be in accordance with FDA Best Practices. A limited menu will be available and all items will be pre-packaged. All condiments will be individually packaged and utensils will be pre-packaged and disposable.

FIRST AID

If you're in the stadium and begin to feel sick, you should go to the nearest First Aid Station for a medical evaluation. If you need assistance traveling to a First Aid Station, contact the nearest stadium staff member. First Aid Stations are located near sections 114 and 136 on the 100 Level and section 242 on the 200 level. The stadium's onsite medical team will be prepared to treat you on-site and provide you with personal protective equipment, if necessary. If you feel sick at any point before leaving or on your way to the stadium, please stay home.

YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL STADIUM POLICIES, INCLUDING HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES, AND POSTED INSTRUCTIONS WHILE IN THE STADIUM AND ON STADIUM GROUNDS.

AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT. COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. ACCORDING TO THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION, SENIOR CITIZENS AND THOSE WITH UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS ARE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE.
