A two-time Pro Bowl selection, Brown's life was cut short at the age of 27 in a tragic auto accident on June 25, 1992, in his hometown of Brooksville, FL. A 1st round draft pick out of Miami in 1987, Brown will be remembered as a key figure on the Eagles legendary 1991 defense - a unit that led the NFL in terms of fewest yards allowed overall, against the run, and vs. the pass. He capped that season by joining linemates Reggie White and Clyde Simmons as starters in the Pro Bowl. Brown was born February 4, 1965.

1987: Brown had four sacks as a rookie and added a career-high eight interceptions.
1988: Brown reached five sacks and also had an interception.
1989: His 10.5 sacks set a career-high as he started all 16 games and also had two fumble recoveries.
1990: Brown earned first-team All-Pro honors and made the first Pro Bowl of his career. He had five fumble recoveries and one sack.
1991: Brown finished eighth in AP Defensive Player of the Year voting and earned first-team All-Pro honors. He had nine sacks and two fumble recoveries. Brown tragically passed away after the season in an automobile accident.
