Is there an age requirement to become a member of the Eagles Kids Club?
While there is not a hard age limit for the Eagles Kids Club, we recommend children ages 5-12 join due to the unique nature of Eagles Kids Club member benefits and events.
When can my Eagles Kids Club member expect to receive their kit?
You can expect your Kids Club kit to arrive within 5 to 10 business days of registration.
There were items missing in my child's membership pack? Who do I contact?
If there are items missing from your Eagles Kids Club membership package, please email kidsclub@philadelphiaeagles.com and allow two business days for a response.
How will Eagles Kids Club members be notified of events?
Kids Club events are currently being re-evaluated and re-imagined to ensure a safe and fun environment during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Members will be notified of event offerings once they are available.
Where can Eagles Kids Club members find a list of the special offers exclusively available to kids' club members?
A list of all the special offers are available online at www.philadelphiaeagles.com/kidsclub and the most up-to-date offers will be sent to Eagles Kids Club members via email. Special offers are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Philadelphia Eagles and their partners.
Do Eagles Kids Club members have to sign-up for the Kids Club every year?
Yes, you will receive an email the month prior to your membership expiration asking you to renew your child's Eagles Kids Club membership.
Do Eagles Kids Club members have access to special ticket prices?
Yes, Eagles Kids Club members will receive access to discount ticket prices for Eagles events (excluding games). An email will be sent with an exclusive offer when event registrations open.
