Signed RB Lew Nichols to the practice squad
Running back Lew Nichols has joined the practice squad.
Nichols was selected in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. He was released on September 7 after spending time on Injured Reserve.
In 2021, the Central Michigan running back rushed for 1,710 yards, leading the nation. He was the Mid-American Conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2021.
Released RB Bryant Koback from the practice squad
Running back Bryant Koback has been released from the practice squad following the addition of Nichols.
Koback entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Minnesota Vikings in 2022. He was signed to the Eagles' practice squad on September 20. – Written by Owen Boyle
