Eugene Chung rejoined the Eagles coaching staff during the 2016 offseason, having previously served as an offensive line assistant for the Birds from 2010-12. Chung returned to Philadelphia after spending three seasons (2013-15) as an assistant offensive line coach for the Kansas City Chiefs, where he worked under Eagles head coach Doug Pederson.
Mike Groh joined the Eagles as the team’s wide receivers coach in 2017 and was promoted to offensive coordinator during the 2018 offseason. Prior to his arrival in Philadelphia, he served as the passing game coordinator/wide receivers coach for the Los Angeles Rams in 2016.
Jim Schwartz was hired by Eagles head coach Doug Pederson as the defensive coordinator in the 2016 offseason and came to Philadelphia with 22 years of NFL coaching experience, including five years as the head coach of the Detroit Lions (2009-13).
Dave Fipp joined the Eagles coaching staff in 2013 as the team’s special teams coordinator. Since taking over in 2013, Fipp has fielded a special teams unit that has accounted for an NFL-leading 12 touchdowns.
Duce Staley was promoted to assistant head coach during the 2018 offseason and will continue working as the Eagles running backs coach, a position that he has held since 2013. One of the most productive and toughest players to ever suit up in an Eagles uniform, Duce Staley originally joined the Eagles coaching staff as a coaching intern in 2010, worked as a special teams quality control coach for two seasons (2011-12) and has served as the team’s running backs coach since 2013.
