Quarterback Vince Young did not participate in practice for a second straight day as he continues to heal from a knee injury and an ankle injury suffered in Monday night's win over Jacksonville.
Titans head coach Jeff Fisher told reporters that Young's status remains day to day. Fisher told the media on Wednesday that it is possible that Young could not practice all week, but still play on Sunday against the Eagles.
Quarterback Kerry Collins, who missed Wednesday's workout with a finger injury, returned to practice as a full participant. Collins replaced Young on Monday and was 11 of 16 for 110 yards with a touchdown.
Three other key players missed practice on Thursday: tight end Bo Scaife (groin), defensive tackle Tony Brown (knee) and defensive tackle Jason Jones (shoulder).
