Vick, Samuel, Cooper Out

Head coach Andy Reid said that quarterback Michael Vick (rib), cornerback Asante Samuel (concussion) and wide receiver Riley Cooper (concussion) are all out this week against the San Francisco 49ers. Kevin Kolb will start at quarterback.

Running back LeSean McCoy, who suffered a rib injury last Sunday and didn't practice on Wednesday and Thursday, did practice on Friday and appears likely to play on Sunday.

With Cooper out, Reid said that the team will bring practice squad receiver Chad Hall to San Francisco, though no move has been made yet. At cornerback, Joselio Hanson will start in Samuel's place, with Dimitri Patterson able to step in as well.

Reid also said that Max Jean-Gilles will start at right guard, though Nick Cole (knee) will dress and be active.
