It seems the Eagles' search to fill the vacant personnel job has one fewer candidate. At Super Bowl Media Day, Seattle Seahawks general manager John Schneider told reporters that Scott Fitterer, the Seahawks' director of college scouting, met with the Eagles for an interview, but has ultimately decided to stay in Seattle.
ESPN's Adam Schefter had initially reported that Fitterer would interview for the job at some point.
Fitterer has been the Seahawks' director of college scouting since 2010. He was an area scout for the team before he was promoted to director of college scouting.
