It's the second day of workouts for the rookies and selected veterans and the Eagles' first-round draft pick, wide receiver Jeremy Maclin, remains unsigned. Head coach Andy Reid will talk to the media after the morning practice to provide more of an update.
Only four of the league's 32 first-round draft picks are under contract - Detroit's Matthew Stafford, New York's Mark Sanchez, Cleveland's Alex Mack and Pittsburgh's Ziggy Hood.
Quarterback Donovan McNabb was asked about what it meant not having Maclin at these early practices on Monday. McNabb wasn't concerned since the two of them had the chance to build their chemistry.
"No, because I wasn't here for my rookie year," McNabb said. "It's part of the business. It's something that you go through. I'm just excited that we had an opportunity to work out in Arizona. For the days that he's missed, I've had an opportunity to work with him, so when he comes in we can just feed on that."
