McNutt Promoted; Cox Questionable

Defensive tackle Fletcher Cox and center Dallas Reynolds will be listed as questionable ahead of Sunday night's matchup with the Dallas Cowboys. Cox has been excused from practice the last two days because of a death in the family and will meet the team in Dallas, Reid said.

Reynolds, meanwhile, practiced for the first time this week Friday after missing two days of practice with an ankle injury.

Running back LeSean McCoy (concussion), quarterback Michael Vick (concussion) and running back Chris Polk (toe) have all been ruled out.

Reid also said that, when healthy, Vick remains the quarterback.

"Michael's the quarterback of this team, that's how I've approached it," Reid said. "Michael knows that."

Reid also said that the Eagles filled one of two open spots on the active roster by promoting sixth-round pick wide receiver Marvin McNutt from the practice squad. McNutt joins Jeremy Maclin, Jason Avant, Riley Cooper, Damaris Johnson and Greg Salas as the wide receivers on the active roster.

McNutt, 6-3, 216, is Iowa's all-time leading receiver after he was originally recruited as a quarterback. He had one catch for 13 yards for the Eagles during the preseason and has been a member of the practice squad since Week 1.
