Les Bowen of the *Philadelphia Daily News *caught up with Fletcher Smith, the agent for quarterback Donovan McNabb, on Friday.
Smith said "he has no reason to believe a trade is imminent" and that he hasn't had any conversations with the Eagles about which teams McNabb may or may not like to play for (if dealt).
"If we get to that bridge, we'll have to cross it,"" Smith told Bowen.
Smith says he's not surprised by the headlines McNabb is generating. In fact, he's used to it.
"There's always something, every offseason," Smith told Bowen.
And Smith still believes that McNabb could end up staying in Philadelphia.
