- New defensive end Darryl Tapp will wear No. 91, the number worn previously by Chris Clemons, who was dealt to Seattle in the trade for Tapp.
- Second-year running back LeSean McCoy has traded in his No. 29 and will wear No. 25 next season. McCoy wore No. 25 during his college career at Pittsburgh.
- Safety Marlin Jackson will wear No. 28.
- Receiver Jordan Norwood goes from No. 84 to No. 19.
- Receiver Chad Hall, who played his college ball at Air Force, will wear No. 16.
