Although we can't come together for our traditional Huddle Up for Autism event, we are excited to bring families together for a sensory-friendly experience in a socially-distanced way. Specifically designed for families with a child on the autism spectrum, this year's Huddle Up event will be a one-of-a-kind drive-thru experience featuring a live show and culminating with your group's picture on the field. As always, all proceeds will benefit the Center for Autism Research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
At the event, you can expect a unique, sensory-friendly experience, all while remaining in the safety and comfort of your own vehicle. The show begins with a 20-minute drive-in show featuring live Eagles cheerleader performances, appearances by Eagles players and alumni, and more! After the show, you will be directed through an exciting and visually interactive route within the parking lot, featuring appearances by superheroes, circus performers, SWOOP, and many more. To finish the day, the route will take you inside of Lincoln Financial Field where you'll receive a photo of you and your family in your car on the field!
As in the past, all of the sensory-friendly aspects of Huddle Up will remain in place at this year's event. Sound from the live show portion of the event will be controlled by you in your vehicle, a visual schedule can be accessed through the Eagles app, and staff and performers will be trained and able to provide a memorable experience for you and your family.
