On being 5-3 at the midway point, and winning 3 straight games: "It feels good. Today was a tougher game. We didn't seem to get into a rhythm as early as we wanted to during the game. But, we were able to put some points on the board and get some drives and it feels good to be 5-3."
On how he would like to see the offense improve: "We have to start a little bit faster. We had a couple of three-and-outs there at the beginning. For our offense, with the capability that we have, we have to start a little bit faster."
On feeling the momentum changing: "Yes, no question. Our goal is to win as many games as possible. We've won three games and we're trying to win a lot more in the future."
On McNabb's play today: "He is a great quarterback. Donovan is a Pro Bowl caliber quarterback. He is able to pick up. He wasn't throwing the best, he wasn't being himself early in the game. He missed a couple of receivers here and there, but he's a good quarterback. He came back and continued to play, the team continued to believe in him, and the guys were getting open, and he was able to hit them down the stretch. That's what you want from your quarterback."
On what it says when the team sticks to the gameplan: "Coach, he trusts the guys we have here. We have proven that we can keep fighting and we can keep getting the ball in the play makers' hands, then we can get it done. Donovan kept putting the ball in our hands, and he kept letting him throw the ball down the field, and he got the job done."
