(Opening statement…) "I have to give compliments to the Seahawks. I think they did a better job than we did tonight. Its obvious with four turnovers, its tough to win a football game. All in all, we have to do a better job as a football team. We understand that. I'm in charge of getting that done. Its my responsibility to make sure that we play better than we did tonight."

(Do think the effort was there from your players…) "I thought the guys played hard. We have to make sure that their in a position to make plays and they make the plays."

(Are you getting a full investment from all 53 players…) "Yea I do. Everybody is playing hard."

(Your thoughts on the Marshawn Lynch 15 yard touchdown run…) "It looked like there were a lot of bodies around him. And obviously nobody got a hold of him. He was able to squirt through. Our guys tried to jump on him and obviously nobody grabbed him."

(Has it been difficult to get this team to respond…) "Listen man, we're busting our tails, everyday in practice and to try and win a game. It's my responsibility to make sure that we try and win football games.

(Thoughts on Vince's (Young) first throw…) "Well they (Seattle) had the play covered. I'm not putting him in the best position there on the first play. And then we should have taken care of the ball."

(Was it lack of effort on the Lynch 15 yard touchdown run…) "Your stating the obvious. If you have a lot of bodies around a guy then, we have to get him down. Everybody's got to make that team effort to do that. Obviously there were a lot of bodies around the player. It looked like they were attempting to do it. And obviously nobody had a hold of him."

(Was there a game plan coming into the game…) "We tried to mix it up. That didn't work out as well as we wanted."

(Was the plan for DeSean Jackson to be a decoy…) "Actually there were quite a few plays called for him. They (Seattle) were making a effort to double him and move a safety in."

(Were you satisfied with the team's effort tonight…) "We have a group of good guys. I can't complain a bit about the effort or the work ethic that they put forth. I have to get them in a position to make plays."

(Was Marshawn Lynch the focus for your team coming into the game…) "He was the key today to their offense. And we didn't do a very good job of stopping him."
