(On the loss tonight…) I think we did an all right job, we just have to take care of the turnovers.  That's pretty much it.

(On the first interception…)I should have just took off and ran.  Me and D-Jack were just not on the same page, I thought he was going to come back to it but when I released it, he didn't.  So, that was on the quarterback.  That was my fault.  I just have to take care of the ball and use my legs a little bit more on plays like that.  

(On the missed opportunities…)We're pros, things happen.  I'm not pointing fingers at anybody.  We're a team first, so we have to get it back together and be ready for the next game.  

(On what's left for the team this season…)We still have a season going on, so we have to continue to finish and continue to keep playing and continue to get better as a team.  That's pretty much it.  Anything can happen, so we have to continue to keep playing.

(On losing…)I really felt like the effort was definitely there.  I can speak from the offensive standpoint, overall we were driving the ball pretty well.  Seattle did a good job of coming out and playing some good football today.

(On the interception that was returned for a touchdown…) That was just a bum-head play on my part.  I should have known there was a man there.  I just lost a linebacker when I released it.  He just popped into the picture.  That's all on the quarterback's fault.  I saw the coverage, I saw the man, I just lost a linebacker on that route.

(On the attitude in the locker room…)We basically have to man up.  We have 4 games left, so the season is still going on.  As a team, as a unit, you have to continue to keep going, keep fighting.  I know there is going to be a lot of crap going on this week, but at the same time we have to stay together as a team and get ready for the next game.

(On if the game plan call for him to be more involved…) The football game is not built all around myself.  There's 11 men out on the field.  Regardless of how many times I was targeted, that's really not a factor.

(On if he thought he would see the ball more…) You never know.  Coming into certain games, sometimes you do, sometimes you don't.  That's part of the game.  You can't predict that. You go out there and do your job. 

(On the impact of turnovers…) Turnovers have been hurting us all season.  That's nothing new to us.  For some reason, they're sticking with us.  To win games in the NFL, you can't have that.  

(On the team's mindset…) We've got to play for pride.  Every person on this team is very prideful.  We got out to practice and we practice so hard.  The result is just not turning over to the game.  We're not playing for the name on the back of the jersey.  We're playing for the team.

(On if he's frustrated with losing…)Yeah.  Of course.  I'm very frustrated.  I'm frustrated when we're not winning games.  It has nothing to do with me personally.  I'm frustrated we're not winning.  I'm frustrated we don't have a winning record.

(On how to explain a loss in a must-win situation…) I can't.  We're just not playing well.  We're not making the plays when we need to make them.  I think it's as simple as that.  We've got to pick it up.  We've got to make plays when we need to make plays.  

(On if this is a good team…) I think we've got a great team.  It's just, we've got to put it together.  Offensively, defensively, special teams, we've got to get complete games going.  We've got to get on a roll.  We've got four games left to prove that we're a legitimate team, because right now the world's laughing at us.  

(On if he blames people for laughing…) I don't.  I mean, look at our record, look how we're playing.  We've got a lot of talent and we're just not living up to it.  We're not playing well.  Yeah, I'm embarrassed about it.  I'm sick about it.  No one in this locker room wants to be in this position.  I know guys are mad.  Guys are going to work hard, and we're going to come back stronger.  We've got to.

(On where this game ranks…) That's a good team over there, but I think we're far, far better. We've got way more talent.
