Are there restrictions regarding what I can wear or display in my cutout?
Yes. It is recommended that you wear Eagles gear in your cutout. Specifically, we are unable to create cutouts that include the following:
- Commercial advertisements, including slogans, websites, social media handles or phone numbers.
- Offensive or negative language
- References to any other NFL team
- Opposing NFL teams clothing
- Statements or endorsements of political candidates
- Third party marks/logos/branding on clothing or in the background of photos
The Philadelphia Eagles reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to refuse any photos. Images that portray obscene, lewd, explicit, discriminatory, derogatory, violent, offensive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate content are strictly prohibited and will be discarded; all sales are final and refunds will not be awarded.
Can I purchase a cutout for my pet?
Yes! Just follow the same general photo guidelines.
How long after I order my fan cutout will it be installed at Lincoln Financial Field?
Cutouts are typically installed within a week of being purchased, although exact timing is not guaranteed and is variable, depending on several factors such as the home game schedule, weather, etc.
Will I be able to select my seat location?
No. Fan cutout(s) will be placed randomly throughout Lincoln Financial Field.
Will my cutout remain in the same seat all season long?
It is possible that your cutout will remain in the same seat all season long, but we cannot guarantee that it will be.
If I order multiple fan cutout(s), will they be seated together?
Yes, but all of your cutout(s) must be purchased as part of the same order to be seated together.
Will I know where my fan cutout(s) is sitting and will I get a photo of my cutout(s)?
Yes. During the season, we will send a high resolution photo of the entire seating bowl at Lincoln Financial Field, and let you know which section your cutout is located in, so that you can find it.
Will my cutout be on TV?
We cannot guarantee that your cutout will be seen on television or as part of any broadcast.
Can there be multiple people within one image on a fan cutout?
No, only one Eagles fan per cutout.
Will my fan cutout(s) remain at Lincoln Financial Field for the entire 2020 season?
Fan cutouts will remain at Lincoln Financial Field during the 2020 season, as long as governmental guidelines continue to prohibit fans from attending games. If fan attendance guidelines change, cutouts may be (re)moved from the seating bowl to accommodate in person attendees.
Are fan cutouts made of recyclable material?
Yes, all fan cutouts are recyclable.
Will I get my fan cutout(s) back at the end of the 2020 season?
Yes. There will be an opportunity to pick up your fan cutout at some point after the season. We will have more details as the conclusion of the season approaches.
What if the season gets delayed or cancelled?
All payments made to purchase a fan cutout(s) are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension or early termination of 2020 NFL Season.
Does my purchase benefit a charity?
Yes. The net proceeds of fan cutouts will benefit Eagles Autism Foundation.
