A Trade In The Works?

Rumors and speculation are at all-time high as team maneuver to find the right 53 players for their rosters.

Bob Brookover of The Philadelphia Inquirer, citing an Eagles source, said the team was interested in adding another tight end. Although that was before Tony Curtis performance Thursday night. The source also indicated that the team may also be looking for help at both linebacker and safety.

And as a result of Thursday's reinstatement ruling on Michael Vick, quarterback A.J. Feeley could be on the trading block, along with one of the team's veteran receivers.

Brookover writes that it "wouldn't be surprising either if Feeley, who played just one series last night, was being offered in a package with wide receiver Reggie Brown, a former starter who was still playing in the fourth quarter last night."

New England appears to be a likely trading partner as they are reportedly looking for a veteran backup behind Tom Brady and just released Andrew Walter. The Pats are also reportedly interested in moving tight end Alex Smith, a former third-round pick of the Buccaneers who was traded to the Patriots during the off-season.
