We're excited to have you join us on the road to cheer on the Eagles! Please fill out the form below with details for you and your guest. In order to travel with the group, we are requiring the following:
- Guests must be fully vaccinated. In advance of the trip, you will receive a text message with a link to certify that you are fully vaccinated.
- Guests must have a negative COVID test 72 hours prior to departure. Upon RSVP, Eagles will provide test protocols.
- We are continuing to monitor COVID mandates in the city/state we are traveling to and will provide updates prior to the trip. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Eagles contact.
