Community Involvement:

As a daughter of a Breast Cancer survivor, I have experienced first-hand how cancer can affect individuals and their families. Therefore, I always find ways to support organizations and attend events that help those who are affected by cancer.

Favorite Appearance and why:

Growing up as a gymnast, I have always admired athletes and artists who perform for shows like Cirque du Soleil. Therefore, when I learned the company was coming to town and wanted to give us a behind-the-scenes look, as well as some lessons, I was overcome with joy! Just like preparing for gamedays, it takes strength, skill, and lots of practice to put on such an intricate show. Learning from artists who have perfected their craft and have gathered from around the world to create a live-action story for all to enjoy, was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Personal Time:

I love experimenting with different elements to create arts and crafts. These artistic activities include: taking a painting class, building a desk out of wood, creating a piece of jewelry using metal and glass, scrapbooking to make a memory book, taking scissors and paint to clothes to update my wardrobe, or using clay to make a new dinnerware set. I love using my free time to think about what my next masterpiece might be!
