Philadelphia Eagles General Season Ticket Waitlist Terms and Conditions

General Information

All fans who sign up for the Philadelphia Eagles General Season Ticket Waitlist in accordance with the procedures specified by the Eagles will be placed on one universal Waitlist for the opportunity to purchase one (1) pair of General Season Tickets (as defined below). After signing up for the Waitlist, an email response will be sent to the fan confirming this action. Approximately one week after the confirmation email, another email will be sent to the fan containing the following information:

  1. Waitlist ranking
  2. Contact information
  3. List of benefits for joining the Waitlist
  4. Instructions for updating contact information
  5. Instructions for completing a fan profile and opt-in preferences

As used in these Terms and Conditions, the term "General Season Tickets" shall mean those season tickets that the Philadelphia Eagles determine from time to time in their sole discretion to sell as season tickets without any related stadium builder license or seat license, and without any premium for hospitality or other services. The term "General Season Tickets" does not include any "standing room only" tickets, and does not include any tickets that the Philadelphia Eagles reserve or allocate at any time for team members and their families, visiting team members and their families, advertisers or as required by any applicable law. The Philadelphia Eagles also reserve the right to reclassify season tickets that were formerly General Season Tickets. In the event additional seats are added to Lincoln Financial Field, the Philadelphia Eagles are under no obligation to classify those seats as General Season Tickets.

Eligibility

When a Waitlist member becomes eligible for the opportunity to purchase a pair of General Season Tickets, the Philadelphia Eagles will attempt to contact the member to offer such tickets as follows:

  1. The first attempted contact will be made via email to the member's email address on file and will state that a phone call will be made in the next few days to discuss the opportunity.
  2. One to two days after the email, the Philadelphia Eagles will attempt to contact the eligible Waitlist member via phone call to the member's phone number on file.
  3. Once a member is contacted via telephone or a voice message is left, the eligible Waitlist member will have 48 hours to respond to the offer. If there is no response within the 48 hour period, an email and letter will be sent to the Waitlist member at the member's addresses on file advising the member that the member's time to respond has expired, and that the offer to purchase a pair of General Season Tickets will be extended to the next member on the Waitlist.
  4. If the Waitlist member is contacted and declines the offer to purchase General Season Tickets, the member will be asked if he or she wants to remain on the Waitlist. If the member chooses to remain on the Waitlist, the member will be eligible to purchase a pair of General Season Tickets only after all General Season Tickets that are available for purchase when the offer is made to the member have been purchased by others. If the member chooses not to remain on the Waitlist, they will be permanently removed from the Waitlist. Any Waitlist member who declines two offers to purchase General Season Tickets will be permanently removed from the Waitlist.
  5. If the member's phone number is out of service or has changed, an email and letter will be sent to the member's addresses as on file. If the Waitlist member has not responded to such email and letter within seven business days from the date that the letter is mailed, and the email or letter was not returned as undeliverable, the Waitlist member will be eligible to purchase a pair of General Season Tickets only after all General Season Tickets that are available for purchase when The Philadelphia Eagles attempted to contact the member have been purchased by others. If such Waitlist member again fails to respond within seven business days to any attempt to reach such member to offer the member General Season Tickets, or declines one offer to purchase General Season Tickets, such member will be permanently removed from the Waitlist. If the Waitlist member has not responded to an email and letter within seven business days from the date that the letter is mailed, and the member's email and letter is returned as undeliverable, the Waitlist member will be permanently removed from the Waitlist.

Updating Waitlist Contact Information

In order to maintain their ranking on the Waitlist, Waitlist members will be required to respond to all Waitlist contact information update requests within such time as the Philadelphia Eagles establish. The Philadelphia Eagles expect to make such update requests approximately every six months.

Transferring Waitlist Ranking

General Season Ticket Waitlist members may  transfer their ranking only to an Immediate Family Member (as defined below) and only in person at the Philadelphia Eagles Ticket Office, located at Lincoln Financial Field. Immediate Family Members for these purposes are only the spouse, child, grandchild or sibling of the Waitlist member. Legal proof of relationship must be presented for transfer rights to be permitted.

Removal From Waitlist

The Philadelphia Eagles reserve the right to permanently remove a member from the General Season Ticket Waitlist at any time for causes such as violating fan or stadium codes of conduct or other good causes as determined by the Philadelphia Eagles. If a member is removed, the Eagles will notify the member in writing that the member has been permanently removed from the Waitlist.

Termination of Waitlist

The Philadelphia Eagles reserve the right to terminate the Season Ticket Waitlist at any time in their sole discretion.
