Now in his seventh season with the Eagles, Ryan Grigson was promoted to director of player personnel on February 3, 2010 after serving four seasons as the director of college scouting. Grigson originally joined the Eagles as the western regional scout.
In this role, Grigson will work closely with general manager Howie Roseman in the day-to-day college scouting operation and the annual draft day preparation. He will continue to evaluate college players across the country and aid Roseman in overseeing the Eagles scouting staff, while also scouting players in other professional leagues.
