A multi-faceted threat at LSU who played quarterback, running back and wide receiver, Russell Shepard was signed as a rookie free agent by the Eagles. During his four-year career in Baton Rouge, he played in 49 games (14 starts) and registered 733 rushing yards, 565 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns (five rushing, five receiving). The Houston, TX, native spends just as much time in the community as he does on the field, participating in Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Oliver Foundation, a childhood obesity organization.
