Kinne, a former pupil of Eagles offensive quality control coach Press Taylor and teammate of Eagles WR Damaris Johnson while with the Golden Hurricane, was orginially signed by the New York Jets as a rookie free agent in 2012. After being released by the Jets in June, Kinne held stints with the Omaha Nighthawks of the UFL and the San Antonio Talons of the Arena Football League.
A native of Gilmer, TX, Kinne was named the 2010 Conference USA Offensive Player of the Year and finished his collegiate career second in school history in passing yards (9,472), total offense (10,831 yards) and passing touchdowns (81).
