Biography

David Sims was acquired by the Eagles in a trade with the Cleveland Browns on August 31, 2012. Originally a rookie free agent signing of the New York Giants in 2011, Sims spent the final five weeks of his rookie campaign on the Browns' practice squad. Sims talled 188 tackles and six interceptions in two years at Iowa State.
