Biography

Originally a seventh-round draft selection of San Diego in 2012, David Molk signed as a free agent with the Eagles during the 2014 offseason after spending the previous season out of football. A four-year starter at the University of Michigan, Molk appeared in 12 games as a reserve lineman for the Chargers during his rookie campaign but was released as part of the team’s final roster cutdown the following season. Molk earned the 2011 Big Ten Conference Rimington-Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year Award after helping Michigan rank second in the conference and 13th nationally in rushing as a senior.
