Biography

A fourth round draft choice of the Eagles in 2012, Brandon Boykin saw valuable playing time during his rookie campaign as the team’s nickel corner and on special teams as the primary kick returner.  A unique multi-dimensional threat at Georgia, Boykin saw time at cornerback, kickoff returner, punt returner, running back, “Wildcat” quarterback, a coverage man on both kickoff and punt teams, and at holder. He was the recipient of the 2011 Paul Hornung Award as a senior, which is given out annually to the most versatile player in college football.
