Biography

The Philadelphia Eagles signed tight end Evan Moore to the 53-man roster on December 20. The 27-year-old Moore has played in 47 games (nine starts) in his four-year career with the Cleveland Browns (2009-11) and Seattle Seahawks (2012), recording 63 receptions for 810 yards and five touchdowns. Moore set career highs in catches (34), yards (324) and touchdowns (4) with the Browns in 2011. He played in 14 games for the Seahawks this season before being released on December 19.
